1. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase

  • Gift cards

4. Refund Process

5. Return Shipping Costs

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
